Your dedicated Implementation Specialist provides hands-on, in-depth training to optimize your processes and demonstrate how Premier streamlines operations. Week 6-7
Go live on Premier with full support within 2 weeks. We manage the history upload, opening balances, and in-progress job data, guiding you through a smooth transition and ensuring a seamless reconciliation with your previous system.
Week 8
For 2-4 weeks post-go-live, you’ll use Premier alongside your previous systems to validate data accuracy. We offer additional hands-on training sessions as needed to ensure your team is fully equipped and confident.
After 60 days
You’ll have access to a dedicated Account Manager and unlimited training sessions to ensure your team—new hires included—gets the most from Premier, maximizing your investment and ensuring long-term success.
